Make Waves Marketing manages Facebook and Instagram for LeBlanc Brothers, a family-owned ready-mix concrete supplier founded in 1945 with four plants in Paincourtville, Gray, Schriever, and White Castle, Louisiana. In the first twelve months of the engagement, September 2025 to September 2026, the company's Facebook page grew from 1,302 to 1,573 followers, a gain of 20.8%, and four posts in summer 2026 each reached more than 10,000 people, including the announcement of the new White Castle plant. All results are organic.
LeBlanc Brothers is a ready-mix concrete company that has served South Louisiana since 1945. Three generations of the LeBlanc family have run it. The company supplies concrete for residential slabs, commercial foundations, and large industrial pours, and runs hauling and dump services for aggregate. In July 2026 it opened a fourth plant in White Castle, on the Mississippi River between Donaldsonville and Plaquemine, to serve the Iberville Parish industrial corridor.

Make Waves Marketing reviewed every Facebook post from March 1 to September 1, 2026 by reach, reactions, shares, and comments. Four post types produced nearly all the reach.
Why it works: the CDL post listed benefits and a direct application link, and it earned 109 shares, the most of any post in the period. Hiring posts are among the most-shared content a trade business publishes, and each share reaches households that do not follow the page.
Why it works: the plant opening was the most-reacted post of the year and drove the largest follower gain. Naming the towns and the parish put the post in front of people searching for concrete in Iberville Parish.
Why it works: the driver post two days after the plant opening reached 10,456 people on its own. Employees and their families share posts about employees. Birthday posts reach few people but reliably draw 5 to 10 comments, which keeps the page active between larger posts.
Why it works: a specific yardage number and a named industrial customer outperformed every generic "quality you can trust" post. Process education, such as air testing and drum washout, earns modest reach but positions the company as the expert.
Content pillars were set at the start of the engagement: recruiting, company news, crew and culture, project proof, and residential education. Two posts go out per week on Facebook, cross-posted to Instagram, scheduled through Metricool. Hiring posts are written as complete job listings with pay, benefits, requirements, and an application link. Plant managers and dispatch provide monthly photo and project intake, and reporting on reach, engagement, follower change, and top posts goes out monthly.
