How we handle a new inquiry
Every message goes through the same four steps, whether you are asking about a single website or ongoing marketing management for the year.
1. We read what you sent
Your message goes to our founder, David Gravois, and the lead for the service you asked about. We look at your current website, your search visibility, and whatever channels you are running before we reply.
2. A reply within one business day
You get a written response from a person on our team with the questions we still need answered and a short view of what we would look at first. There is no automated sequence behind the form.
3. A 30-minute strategy call
If it looks like a fit, we book a call to walk through your goals, your timeline, and your budget range. You leave the call with our honest read on what to prioritize, whether or not you hire us.
4. A written scope and flat quote
Work we take on comes with a written scope and a flat price before anything starts. Monthly management is quoted the same way, with the deliverables for each month listed out.
Who we work with and where
Our office is on West Second Street in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and our founder lives in Jacksonville, Florida. We work with established companies across South Louisiana and Northeast Florida, including Houma, Morgan City, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, and the First Coast. Clients outside those areas work with us remotely, with travel scheduled for production days.
Most engagements start with one of four things: a website design or rebuild, a video production project, a monthly social media program, or search and AI visibility work. Companies that want all of it handled by one group usually move to our fractional marketing team, where we run strategy, production, and reporting month to month.
